“Big Red” the 1956 Ford F100 long wheelbase workshop truck. The old girl has been restored to her former glory and then some, having been customised to make her a fun yet safe and reliable daily driver.
The power plant is a 347 Windsor stroker, C4 transmission and Ford 9″ diff, with a custom exhaust. Jaguar front suspension clip with Jaguar brakes and power steering all freshly overhauled. Right hand steering conversion. A fresh coat of paint, reconditioned stainless & chrome work and custom made American Oak timber decking in the tray to top it off. Not to forget the hand painted door signage.
It even won 1st place at the Maroubra Beach Hop car show for best commercial vehicle.
