It’s really satisfying when a a job turns out like this one did. Restoring a 79 year old classic to its former glory is always going to be a challenging job, especially when its a motor bike that has lived a pretty rough life.
It was sand blasted back to bare metal before being straightened out and epoxy primed. The sliver and black were sprayed, then pinstripe and logo were hand painted before being given a solid 2K clear coat.
Norton’s of this vintage are a pretty rare breed, so it was a bit of an honour to get to work on this piece of motor cycle history.
